Woo Hoo!!
it's almost time for your
Super Circus Incursion!

HOW IT ALL WORKS...

The Super Circus incursion starts with the 45min Show for the whole group/ school and is followed by an amazing hands-on Juggle Jam for the entire audience (multiple juggle jam sessions may be required for large schools).

If you have opted to host the additional Circus Skill Workshops then these follow after the show (if you wish to add workshop sessions please get in touch and it should be possible).

Not sure what you've booked? please refer to your confirmed 'Booking Agreement'. This would have been previously emailed to you or it can be resent upon request.

Preparing for your Super Circus visit is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1) Confirm your Timetable Schedule

You only need to do this if you have opted to host the hands-on circus skill workshops following the Super Circus Show. If you're unsure what you have booked please reference your confirmed 'Booking Agreement' that was previously emailed to you.

Please allocate 60mins for the show (this includes the juggle jam), and then 60mins per any additional multi-skill circus workshop sessions.

Please prepare a timetable and email to supercircus@thebookingcrew.zohodesk.com - its super helpful if this can be done at least 1 week prior.

If you have booked the SHOW ONLY option, please just email to confirm the start time.

Q: How many Workshop Sessions do I need?

A: Each session generally caters for 2 class groups up to a maximum of 64 students.

Example - If your booking was for 150 students then you would require 3 workshop sessions.

Q: our timetable means we have to split a group with lunch in between?

A: No Problems! if your school timetable requires some creative problem solving to include all the workshops like running a group for 20mins before lunch and then continuing for 40mins after lunch then that's no issue. We understand that there are always complications and being resilient means being flexible :-)

2) ON THE DAY SET UP

Choose your Space: Above everything else please ensure the space allocated for the show is completely protected from the wind. Large elements of the show are easily impacted by even the smallest breeze. The ideal space is hall/gym/multipurpose room/ library / COLA. If it does need to be outdoors please try to allocate a protected space.

PA / Sound: The Presenter will have a traveling PA system however if your school is larger than 250 then your school system may be more suitable. Please kindly arrange for the PA system to be available and working just in case.

3) PREPARE YOUR STUDENTS

No Clowns or Animals - one of the biggest concerns some younger students have are that there will be clowns and animals. Rest assured there are none :-) While the show is filled with slapstick comedy elements the presenter is not dressed as a clown. 100% No Animals (except that one time a bird flew into the hall and it was the most exciting day ever).

No silly risk-taking or dangers - while there are 'danger' elements in the show, nothing is real, and as professional performer/s safety is highly managed in both the show and workshops. After danger elements have been performed a full explanation is provided to students along with a student Q&A to answer any questions or concerns. See RISK ASSEMENT

WWCC + VAX RECORDS

The presenter will provide these for your records upon arrival and sign-in at your school office.
