We recently sent out an email in regards to The Super Circus Show, which is a school educational show about exploring resilience skills through circus.

 

Internally we have been calling it 'the resilience project', which was then used when communicating with schools in an email sent on 03/11/2021. It has just been brought to our attention that there is a trademark for the specific term "the resilience project'. We wish to clarify that The Super Circus Show is in no way associated with, nor represents “the resilience project TM”.

 

We were unaware at the time of communication that this was a trademark of another company. It was not our intention to mislead or misrepresent any brand, company, and trademark. Effective immediately we have removed all references both internally and externally to the term 'the resilience project'.
