UPDATE NOTICE RE COVID-19
March 17th, 2020

Greetings all,

In response to the Australian Government's actions to tackle the spread of Covid-19, all current touring has been placed on pause.

We will be working with you and each school on an individual basis to make arrangements to reschedule for either term 3 or 4, 2020.
Due to the high number of bookings impacted, I am kindly requesting your assistance in helping with rescheduling (please complete the form below). Any flexibility you can extend would be hugely appreciated!

As with any small business, cash flow is the difference between surviving and not.
While we have always been thrifty and wise with finances, the next 6 months will certainly be a very difficult time as the costs of fulfilling your booking (flights, accom, car hire, etc) have already been made. Fortunately, this has all been held as credit with the suppliers and agents.
Usually, we do not take deposits as all our clients are either schools, local government, or incorporated bodies with sound financial practices. However, I would like to ask that under these very difficult circumstances that you allow us to process a 50% booking deposit to assist in covering the costs that have ALREADY been incurred to fulfill your booking and with cash flow.
We have already outlaid significant costs in anticipation of fulfilling your booking, which means there is no issue or financial restriction with restarting the tour again at the earliest possibility - however, it means that our cash reserves for basic wages have been impacted. We are also currently not entitled to any of the government assistance packages announced. Put simply we need to keep feeding our families and your extraordinary administrative flexibility would be hugely appreciated at this time.
- We are upright and honest and will fulfill your booking at the earliest possibility.

Please complete the following form as urgently as possible to assist with ensuring we can get this back on track quickly.

This incursion and its message of resilience, joy, and laughter will be of more value to your school community after what I assume will be a trying time for many.

I thank you for your ongoing support and I look forward to working with your school community.

Kindest regards,
